"Challenge the impossible'
When you decide something is impossible, you believe that under any circumstance, it cannot be accomplished. But are we all guilty of concluding it's impossible much sooner than necessary? Absolutely.
If you asked me to write down what I thought was impossible, I might say levitation. But I would never put pen to paper. Why? Because I believe in you and your potential. With self-belief being critical, challenging yourself to think about what’s possible or impossible will dramatically influence your perspective.
Let me share an example of turning what seems impossible into something possible with a shift in mindset. Would you agree that it's impossible to fail if you never give up? For instance, if you set a goal to train 20 times per month but only achieved 15 sessions for 12 months, you haven’t failed because you haven’t given up.
Therefore, with your intentions, you could argue there is no risk as you are armed with a 100% plan for success. More certainty since you’re in control of your own decisions, holding you accountable, making your intentions one step closer. The critical variable here is the ability to effectively 'Take Action,' which cannot be mistaken for mere intention. Even unintentionally, failing to act can be detrimental and cause repetitive life lessons that you didn't learn because you were unable to listen at the time.
Consider this scenario in other aspects of life, such as business, life planning, retirement planning, and financial matters. Crucial variables like the 'effective execution of action at a particular crucial time' often determine success. Your ability to take action and have the insight to process complex high-pressure situations, with critical thinking and a different mindset, can be challenging. This often stems from your previous life experiences and the lessons you’ve learned.
I challenge you to take effective action and reconsider what is possible before concluding something is impossible. Know that I am here to support you.
